Inspired by The Generosity Commission’s findings, M. Gale is launching a new, interactive Executive Education Series on American Generosity. A community service for our nonprofit colleagues and friends, we aim to support the exploration of the local philanthropic landscape and how you can inspire generosity wherever you are. We're launching the series with in-person sessions in North Texas.

Inspired by The Generosity Commission’s findings, M. Gale will conclude its discussion of findings, key takeaways and action areas with our nonprofit colleagues and friends. In this session, M. Gale’s discovery and discussion points from our March session and June's AFP DFW Philanthropy In Action Conference presence will conclude with a live, interaction panel discussion with community leaders. More information on speakers and objectives will be provided closer to the date but mark your calendar now. You won't want to miss the conclusion of our series and launch into 2026's important work together!

Delving beyond mere transactions, we will look at the collective mindset, values, and actions that define an organization’s philanthropic identity. From the boardroom to the front lines of community outreach and program impact, we will consider the interconnected roles that each member plays in fostering a culture where generosity thrives. By examining case studies, real-world examples, and best practices, participants will gain insights into the transformative power of philanthropy and its potential to shape not only organizational success, but also societal impact. How to Manage a Growing Development Team While Meeting Your Goals
This training session focuses on the challenges and strategies for managing an expanding development team while simultaneously achieving fundraising targets. Participants will learn effective techniques for balancing team growth, productivity, and fundraising responsibilities.

How to Prepare Your Annual Development Plan
Participants will gain valuable insights into crafting a comprehensive fundraising strategy for their nonprofit organizations. We'll delve into the essential steps involved, from assessing current financial standings to setting SMART or SMARTIE goals that align with organizational priorities. Through discussion on various fundraising tactics, including major donor cultivation, grant writing, events, and online campaigns, participants will learn how to diversify revenue streams effectively.

Are You Ready for a Capital Campaign?
A successful capital campaign can be transformative for a nonprofit organization. Funds raised often increase an agency’s mission impact in exponential ways.
